Peter Frintzilas is an associate in Dechert’s New York office. Mr. Frintzilas focuses his practice on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and related corporate matters for private equity and strategic clients.
Before joining Dechert, he practiced at another international law firm. Prior to attending law school, he began his career as an associate at a Big Four accounting firm. He is also a licensed CPA in New York.
