Pierre-Emmanuel advises corporate and private equity firms on the tax aspects of local and cross‑border transactions, including LBOs, M&A deals, group reorganizations and refinancings. He supports clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle – from initial structuring to implementation and post‑closing integration – aligning tax strategy with commercial objectives and the realities of deal timetables.
Mr. Floc’h also assists French and global fund sponsors and portfolio management companies on the tax structuring of closed‑ended vehicles and related investment platforms. Drawing on his experience in LBO transactions and corporate reorganizations, he implements efficient fund structures to support acquisitions, exits, and active portfolio management. In addition, Pierre-Emmanuel brings substantial experience in designing bespoke carried interest arrangements for management teams of French or global asset managers.
He brings hands‑on Excel modeling capabilities to his work, building and reviewing detailed tax and cash‑flow models – including private fund waterfall mechanics and corporate income tax models – to translate structuring advice into tangible figures and align stakeholders around efficient outcomes.
