Sinead Flynn is an associate in Dechert’s financial services group. Ms. Flynn focuses primarily on the establishment, authorization, operation and maintenance of Irish regulated investment funds, including AIFs and UCITS with a wide range of investment strategies. Additionally, her experience includes advising on the establishment and ongoing operation of Irish authorized AIFMs and UCITS management companies.
Additionally, Ms. Flynn has experience advising clients in relation to the approval of Irish regulated investment funds pursuant to Article 8 under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regime and is a member of Dechert’s ESG task force. She also advises clients on the implementation of Central Bank regulatory guidance. Ms. Flynn completed her training with Dechert.
