Brenna L. Gaffney is an associate in Dechert’s litigation group where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and class actions. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, working with the Innocence Project, Legal Services NYC and the National Veterans Legal Services Program.
Ms. Gaffney has contributed to Dechert Re:Torts, the firm’s product liability and mass torts newsletter.
Ms. Gaffney earned her Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law where she served as a managing editor for the UCLA Law Review.
