David Griffin

David Griffin focuses his practice on a broad range of structured and leveraged finance transactions, with particular emphasis on representing asset managers, sponsors and issuers in broadly syndicated loan and middle market collateralized loan obligation transactions and asset backed securitizations, as well as asset managers and borrowers in connection with revolving and term leveraged loan warehouse facilities, loan to SPV facilities and other structured lending transactions.

Prior to rejoining Dechert in 2023, Mr. Griffin was Associate General Counsel for a global specialty insurance finance company. Prior to that, Mr. Griffin was a Dechert associate from 2018 to 2022.  Prior to first joining Dechert, Mr. Griffin was an associate for Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York.
