Dillan Gomes

Dillan Gomes focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters. Mr. Gomes represents issuers and underwriters in complex equity and debt capital markets and other corporate transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, investment-grade and high-yield offerings as well as at-the-market (ATM) financings. In addition, Mr. Gomes also acts as a day-to-day advisor for a wide range of public and private clients, providing strategic advice and guidance on corporate governance and strategy, periodic reporting, securities regulation and stock exchange compliance throughout a company’s entire life cycle. He also represents strategic buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions involving a wide range of industry sectors.
