Jordan Kazlow Gray

Jordan Kazlow Gray is an associate in Dechert's Houston office where she focuses her practice on accounting defense, representing U.S. and international accounting firms and individual accountants in connection with federal and state litigation, arbitration and regulatory investigations by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and state licensing authorities.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Gray worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Nathan L. Hecht, then Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Texas. She subsequently served as an associate at international law firms, where she advised accounting firms and other clients on complex litigation and regulatory matters.
