Lindsay R. Grossman

Lindsay Grossman is a partner in the financial services practice. Ms. Grossman focuses her practice on advising investment managers, private fund sponsors, and other financial institutions with respect to a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters. She regularly counsels clients on U.S. and cross-border registration issues, regulatory examinations, investment advisory agreements, the development and implementation of compliance programs, and a variety of other regulatory and commercial matters.

Ms. Grossman also has significant experience advising institutional investment managers, private fund sponsors, and broker-dealers on investment performance advertising and other marketing and advertising practices, including compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS^®).
