Lindsay R. Grossman

Lindsay Grossman is an associate in the financial services practice. Ms. Grossman focuses her practice on advising investment managers, private fund sponsors, and other financial institutions with respect to a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters. She regularly counsels clients on U.S. and cross-border registration issues, regulatory examinations, investment advisory agreements, the development and implementation of compliance programs, and a variety of other regulatory and commercial matters.

Ms. Grossman also has significant experience advising institutional investment managers, private fund sponsors, and broker-dealers on investment performance advertising and other marketing and advertising practices, including compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS^®).
