Phillip Garber

Phillip Garber focuses his practice on counseling investment companies and their advisers in complying with securities laws, including assisting clients with routine legal matters and adapting to new regulatory developments and market trends.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Garber interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement, investigating and supporting litigation against investment companies, investment advisers, and public corporations for alleged securities law violations.
