Robert Glikman

Robert Glikman focuses his practice on structured finance and securitization. Mr. Glikman represents issuers, lenders, sponsors and underwriters in transactions regarding public and private securitizations, warehouse financing facilities and other structured transactions.

Mr. Glikman has significant experience representing fintech lenders across a number of different sectors and asset classes, including unsecured consumer loans, auto loans, BNPL and credit card receivables. He advises fintech clients on a range of transactions, including negotiating bank program agreements, forward flow sale arrangements and servicing agreements
