Wilfredo Gomez is an associate in Dechert’s finance and real estate group, focusing on collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), warehouse financings and other asset-backed securitization matters.
Mr. Gomez represents issuers, arrangers and asset managers in a wide range of financing transactions, including new-issue and refinancing deals for broadly syndicated and middle-market CLOs.
Prior to joining Dechert, he was an attorney at an international law firm in New York.
