Alex Haberman

Alex Haberman is an associate in Dechert’s global finance practice with a focus on leveraged finance. Mr. Haberman represents both private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as lenders across the private credit space on acquisition financings and various other types of financing transactions.

Prior to joining Dechert, he was an associate at another international law firm.
