Alexander Hearn is an associate in Dechert’s leveraged finance practice. Mr. Hearn focuses his practice on a wide range of direct lending and private credit transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Hearn was an associate in the transactional finance group of another international law firm in Los Angeles. Mr. Hearn is admitted to practice in the state of California only; he is not admitted in New York.
