Anna Hughes

Anna Hughes is an associate in Dechert's financial services group. Ms. Hughes advises on the formation, authorisation and ongoing operational matters relating to Irish regulated investment funds, including AIFs and UCITS across a range of investment strategies and asset classes. She also advises on the establishment and authorisation of Irish AIFMs and UCITS management companies, as well as compliance with Central Bank regulatory guidance.

Ms. Hughes completed a secondment with Mercer, where she provided in-house advice on private fund matters, including the establishment and structuring of unregulated Luxembourg fund vehicles.

Ms. Hughes completed her training at Dechert.
