Cian Hutchinson

Cian Hutchinson regularly assists fund managers with the formation, management and restructuring of a variety of investment fund vehicles (including open-ended, hybrid and closed-ended funds), with a particular emphasis on the preparation of investor-facing documents, entity incorporations and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Hutchinson also advises on service-provider documentation and contractual negotiations with stakeholders, providing ongoing advice on general corporate, compliance and European, UK, Irish and Middle Eastern regulatory issues.

Mr. Hutchinson has led various GP / LP investor negotiations with a broad number of institutional and sovereign wealth clients, and also assists clients with the cross-border distribution and marketing of investment funds in several European and Middle Eastern jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Hutchinson trained with the investment funds and asset management practice of a leading Irish law firm.
