D. Michael Henry

Michael Henry is an associate in Dechert’s transactional practice. Prior to joining Dechert, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Morgan T. Zurn in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Additionally, he worked as a legal extern with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project.

Mr. Henry joined Dechert as a summer associate in 2023.
