Elizabeth Chung Hattrup
Elizabeth Hattrup is an associate in Dechert's corporate practice, focusing on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance and general corporate law. She advises public and private companies, including private equity sponsors, on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, with particular experience advising clients in the accounting, technology, transportation, energy, manufacturing and healthcare industries. Ms. Hattrup also has experience advising on venture capital financings, representing public company special committees and providing general corporate counseling to clients on corporate governance matters.

- Represented one of the largest urology-focused business support services platforms in the United States in multiple acquisitions of urology practices throughout the East Coast and Midwest as well as its subsequent sale to a multi-specialty management services organization platform.
- Represented a large multinational accounting and advisory firm in several acquisitions and divestitures of accounting firms and service firms (wealth management, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Hakkoda Inc., a leading global data and AI consultancy, in its sale of its platform to IBM.
- The Coca-Cola Company in connection with its US$1.8 billion sale of its Philippines bottling business to a joint venture between Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and Aboitiz Equity.
