Frank I. Hwang advises on complex technology and intellectual property transactions. Mr. Hwang's practice focuses on intellectual property licensing, intellectual property-related agreements and product-related commercial matters. He also advises clients in connection with technology and intellectual property issues in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and financings.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Hwang practiced life sciences patent litigation in the New York office of an international law firm.
