Kalina Hannsz

Kalina Hannsz focuses her practice on the taxation of investment funds and their investors, particularly on matters relating to mutual funds, closed-end funds, exchange-traded funds, business development companies and variable insurance funds. Ms. Hannsz also advises on general transactional tax matters involving clients in the financial services industry.

Ms. Hannsz joined Dechert as a summer associate in 2019. Her previous experience includes interning for the Honorable Eric N. Vitaliano at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
