
Katie Hyer counsels mutual fund complexes, investment advisers and mutual fund boards of directors on a range of financial services matters. She advises clients on the registration, regulation, disclosure obligations, compliance policies and procedures, and administration of a variety of investment products.
Ms. Hyer was a Dechert summer associate in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hyer worked at a credit card processing company. Her prior experience also includes an internship in the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Ms. Hyer is admitted in the District of Columbia only; she is not admitted in Pennsylvania.
