Leah Herring

Leah Herring is an associate in Dechert’s financial services and investment management group. Ms. Herring focuses her practice on advising U.S.-registered investment companies, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds and closed-end funds, as well as their investment advisers on a variety of regulatory, compliance and disclosure obligations. She also assists clients with developing and launching new funds, fund reorganizations and related regulatory and compliance matters.

Ms. Herring joined Dechert as a summer associate in 2022. Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Herring was a legal extern in the Rulemaking Office of the U.S. Securities and Exchanges Commission, Division of Investment Management.
