Margaret L. Hanson

Margaret L. Hanson is a counsel in Dechert’s corporate and securities practice, with a focus on private equity and M&A transactions. Ms. Hanson has experience representing private equity firms and funds, family offices, corporates and international conglomerates on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Hanson practiced at other international law firms. She has also served as in-house counsel to two insurance companies.
