Michelle Hauck

Michelle Hauck focuses her practice on corporate and securities matters. Ms. Hauck represents a diverse range of clients, including issuers and underwriters, in all aspects of corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on securities regulation, public and private offerings, financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Ms. Hauck also advises clients on compliance with ongoing disclosure and other obligations under the federal securities laws.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Hauck served as a judicial intern for Judge Robert Kugler in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
