Nicola S. Hill

Nicola Hill is an associate in Dechert’s global finance practice, focusing her practice on collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and other asset-backed finance and securitization transactions.

Ms. Hill has experience representing private equity firms, their portfolio companies and corporate clients in various debt financing matters, including acquisition financing, leveraged buyouts, refinancing, fund financing and asset-based lending transactions.

Prior to joining Dechert, she was an associate at another international law firm in New York and an associate at a boutique immigration law firm.
