Sean Hinds

Sean Hinds is an associate in Dechert’s Financial Services Group. He advises clients on all aspects of establishing, authorizing, operating and maintaining Irish-regulated investment funds—both AIFs and UCITS—across a broad range of strategies. Mr. Hinds also counsels alternative investment fund managers and UCITS management companies on their regulatory obligations, including the cross-border management of EU and non-EU AIFs.

Mr. Hinds further advises on the use of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and 1907 Act limited partnerships in Irish and international fund structures, as well as on fund-finance matters such as subscription-line credit facilities and related Irish security arrangements, from both a lender and a borrower perspective.
