Theresa Hyatte focuses her practice on corporate and securities law matters involving public and private companies, including business development companies and registered closed-end funds. She also advises clients on a variety of financial and corporate governance matters. Ms. Hyatte began her career as an attorney in the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance.
