Alexander Illingworth

Alexander Illingworth advises on the structuring, establishment, management and marketing of a variety of investment funds and fund platforms domiciled in a range of onshore and offshore jurisdictions for UK, US and European asset managers. Mr. Illingworth has experience across a range of asset classes including hedge, private credit and private equity. In addition, he advises on general corporate, regulatory and compliance matters and service provider documentation for investment funds and their managers.

Mr. Illingworth trained at Dechert and was admitted as a solicitor in August 2023.
