Seth Ivey is a commercial real estate finance attorney who represents lenders in the origination, syndication and securitization of commercial mortgage loans.

Mr. Ivey has represented banks, REITs, private equity funds, insurance companies and other lenders in the origination, syndication and securitization of commercial mortgage loans secured by apartments, offices, industrial buildings, retail centers, hotels and self-storage properties.

Prior to joining Dechert, he worked in the commercial real estate finance practice group of an international law firm.
