
Brian Kulp is an associate in Dechert’s trials, investigations, and securities group. He focuses his practice on appellate and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kulp clerked for the Honorable Kevin C. Newsom of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Honorable Joan L. Larsen of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He also externed for the Honorable Dabney L. Friedrich of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
