
Caitlin Q. Kelley, an associate in Dechert’s global finance practice, advises issuers, underwriters, lenders, asset managers, and other market participants in a broad range of structured finance and securitization transactions, including issuances of debt and equity securities secured by unsecured consumer loans, automobile loans and leases, student loans, mortgage loans and other assets. Ms. Kelley also represents financial institutions in connection with forward flow purchase and servicing arrangements with platform originators as well as the warehouse financing of a broad range of products.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Kelley was an associate in the New York office of another international law firm.
