Daniel Kim

Daniel Kim is an associate in Dechert’s national security group. He advises clients on international trade regulatory matters, including CFIUS reviews, economic sanctions, export controls (ITAR/EAR), anti-corruption (FCPA) and anti-money laundering laws and regulations (AML).

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Kim was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of another international law firm. He also served as a legislative fellow to U.S. Senator Tom Carper, Chairman of the Senate Finance Subcommittee on International Trade.
