Daniel Klein is an associate in Dechert’s global finance and real estate group, focusing his practice on structured finance matters. Mr. Klein has experience representing issuers, collateral managers, underwriters, servicers, loan sellers, government-sponsored enterprises and investors across a number of different sectors and asset classes, including unsecured consumer loans, auto loans and leases, commercial mortgage loans and residential mortgage loans.
