Gabrielle Kavounas

Gabrielle Kavounas is an associate in Dechert’s global finance practice. Ms. Kavounas focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions involving the origination, acquisition, syndication and disposition of mortgage loans, mezzanine financings and subordinate debt. She has represented a number of investment banks, commercial banks and institutional investors on a wide variety of commercial real estate properties, including office buildings, hotels and retail properties.
