Laura Kleinberg focuses her practice on corporate transactions, representing buyers and sellers in private investments, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, with an emphasis on advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. She has successfully completed complex transactions across a wide range of industries, including software, marketing, waste management, building services, healthcare and life sciences.
Beyond her transactional practice, Laura advises companies at all growth stages on general corporate matters. She partners closely with executive and business development teams to deliver practical, commercially minded guidance on corporate governance, organizational structuring, equity management and capital raising activities.
