Nate Klein, resident in Dechert’s San Francisco office, is Counsel in the firm’s corporate and securities practice. He represents leading companies and investors on a broad range of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, co-investments and venture and growth equity financings. Nate also advises ad hoc groups of lenders on corporate matters related to restructurings.
Prior to joining Dechert, Nate was an attorney in the San Francisco office of an international law firm.
