Samuel Kishiyama

Samuel Kishiyama is an associate in Dechert’s financial services group with a focus on advising registered investment management companies. Mr. Kishiyama advises clients on regulatory matters, including compliance with certain requirements under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Mr. Kishiyama regularly assists clients with registration, reorganization, regulatory and compliance matters and disclosure obligations.
