Sophia Yi-Hun Kim

Sophia Yi-Hun Kim is an associate in Dechert’s global finance and real estate group where she focuses her practice on structured finance matters with a particular emphasis on asset-backed finance and securitization.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Kim was an associate at another national law firm advising clients on corporate transactions relating to the financing of loan and servicing rights, asset purchases and sales and other structured finance matters as well as private equity and M&A transactions.

During law school, Ms. Kim served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Rukhsanah Singh, U.S.M.J. at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
