Andrea Lamacraft is counsel in Dechert’s financial services group, advising clients on a wide range of investment funds matters. Ms. Lamacraft advises managers on all aspects of the formation, structuring and operation of UK and international investment funds across a range of asset classes. She also provides guidance on related transactions including carried interest structuring, GP-led secondaries and co-investments.
