Arina Lekhel brings more than two decades of experience advising fund sponsors on the formation, structuring and management of private investment funds.

Ms. Lekhel’s practice spans a diverse range of asset-backed private funds, funds of funds, credit funds, hybrid and evergreen funds, private equity funds, rated funds, CLO equity funds and hedge funds. She also advises clients on compliance matters, secondary transactions, co-investment and alternative investment vehicle structuring.
