David Leo is an associate in Dechert's investment management practice, where he focuses on matters relating to investment funds and investment companies, registered funds, global asset manager regulation, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Leo was a summer associate at Dechert in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Leo served as a legal intern in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement and as a research assistant to the Sovereign Debt Forum.
