J. Jakeem Lambert is an associate in Dechert’s Corporate group, where he advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and other sophisticated corporate transactions and governance matters.
Before beginning his legal career, Jakeem served as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Air Force. Prior to joining Dechert, he practiced at another international law firm.
