Marston Ho-Ming Li

Marston Ho-Ming Li is an associate in Dechert’s litigation group. He focuses his practice on national security, regulatory compliance and international trade matters. He was previously a summer associate for Dechert in 2023.

Mr. Li earned his law degree from the American University Washington College of Law, where he served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Administrative Law Review. He also maintains a pro bono practice assisting trafficking survivors seeking immigration relief.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Li was a legal intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement and a litigation paralegal in the Washington, D.C. office of another international law firm.
