Olivia Lin focuses her practice on advising registered investment companies, including mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and their advisers and independent trustees on a variety of regulatory, compliance and business matters.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Lin advised clients on the formation, structuring and operation of private investment funds in the New York office of another international law firm.
