Adina Mihaescu focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including strategic acquisitions, private equity transactions, external growth, reorganizations and strategic alliances.

She regularly advises SMEs, international groups, investment funds and management teams in many industry sectors, including technology, telecommunications, retail and healthcare.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Mihaescu worked at various leading law firms in Paris after having spent seven years at another international law firm.
