Ann McClintic

Ann McClintic is a staff attorney in the labor and employment group. Ms. McClintic focuses her practice on non-compete/trade secret, Title VII and FLSA litigation matters. She has participated in more than 20 trials and specializes in preparing persuasive visual graphics, including opening and closing presentations for use in the courtroom, as well as witness preparation, trial strategy and trial readiness.

Ms. McClintic also works on data analytics regarding wage and hour issues such as timekeeping, overtime, rate of pay and meal/rest periods, as well as Attorney General/DOL audits and class action exposure analyses.
