Aurélien Martinot

Aurélien Martinot is a member of Dechert’s financial services and investment management group. Mr. Martinot focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and restructuring, including the setting-up, management and liquidation of Luxembourg entities as well as fund financing transactions, capital markets transactions, regulatory matters relating to financial services and labor law matters.

Mr. Martinot also advises clients on the data protection legislation including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). He is a regular contributor to Dechert’s Cyber Bits newsletter.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Martinot was an associate at a major Luxembourg law firm. He also worked in New York for Justice Charles E. Ramos of the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court and for a leading arbitration institution, as well as in Paris for an investment bank and an international law firm.
