Biaunca S. Morris is an associate in Dechert’s trials, investigations, and securities group. She represents clients in complex commercial disputes, white collar and government investigations, and related general litigation matters.

Ms. Morris earned her juris doctor from New York University School of Law in 2021, where she was the articles editor on the NYU Journal of Legislation & Public Policy. While in law school, Ms. Morris interned for the NAACP Legal Defense Fund (LDF). She received her bachelor of arts from Duke University. 

    • Voting rights litigation – Worked with the ACLU and the ACLU of Wisconsin challenging the constitutionality of Wisconsin’s voter identification laws.
    • Voting rights litigation – Working with the ACLU, ACLU of Arkansas, and the Law Office of Bryan L. Sells LLC, challenging Arkansas’ new 2022 state House districts under Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 (VRA) on behalf of the Arkansas State Conference of the NAACP and the Arkansas Public Policy Panel.
