Christine Mikhael

Christine Mikhael is an associate and a member of the financial services group. Her practice focuses on advising registered investment companies and registered investment advisers on a broad range of regulatory, compliance and transactional matters.

Ms. Mikhael has extensive experience launching new mutual funds and exchange‑traded funds and regularly advises independent board members of investment companies on corporate governance and regulatory issues. She has assisted clients with dozens of mutual fund and exchange‑traded fund launches and has worked on exemptive applications as well as merger and reorganization transactions. Ms. Mikhael has acted as fund counsel and independent director counsel to fund complexes of varying sizes.
