Christopher McKeon focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on product liability and mass torts, as well as consumer protection and general business disputes. Mr. McKeon has experience across all phases of complex litigation, including class actions, Multi-District Litigation, and coordinated state court proceedings, and has represented clients in matters spanning the pharmaceutical, internet and technology (including Section 230 and online platform liability issues), and energy industries.
