David Manjorin

David Manjorin is an associate in Dechert’s corporate and securities practice with a focus on capital markets transactions. Mr. Manjorin advises issuers in connection with public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. He also advises clients on a variety of financial and corporate governance matters, as well as strategic transactions.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Manjorin was at a national law firm. 

Before practicing law, Mr. Manjorin spent several years as a merchandise planner for Abercrombie and Fitch's Hollister brand, managing a multi-million-dollar business at their global home office in New Albany, Ohio.
